I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years and I’m a huge advocate of moving your body every day for at least 30 minutes.
I am certified in group fitness and yoga (RYT200). I have taught Jazzercise for 20 years and currently own a small yoga studio. I have expertise in cardio, dance, strength training, weight loss, new to fitness and yoga.
I work with clients all over the country on nutrition and fitness. So, you don’t have to live close to me or attend any of my classes. I can help you with all of this online. I can create personal workout plans that work for you.
Jazzercise is my favorite way to move my body. There are classes in almost every city and we have formats for everyone. The music is always upbeat and modifications are always shown. So, if you are ready to shake up your workout, click the link to find out more information and a location in your city.
Jazzercise also offers Jazzercise on Demand too. So, if you can’t make it to class or live too far from a location, don’t worry you can still move with us. Click here and try it for FREE for 7 days.
Another platform I really like for clients who live far, don’t like group fitness or gyms, is Beachbody on Demand. All of the workout programs are online and you can do them at your own pace, own intensity, any time and any place.
Most of the Beachbody programs are set up as a challenge. Doing the programs how they are set up is the best way to get results quickly. But, remember you don’t have to do this quickly. The awesome thing about this is that you can move at your own pace and your own intensity. You can mix up the workouts or do the programs as they are set up.
If you do decide to do the program as a challenge, DON’T STOP moving your body after the challenge is over. That defeats the purpose. Start a new program on Beachbody, do the same one again or mix it up.
Beachbody on Demand is affordable and you don’t have to buy any of their supplements or add ons. You can just purchase their online workouts.

Just keep moving and remember… It doesn’t have to be intense every day, it just has to be consistent.
